FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS
If you are a first time customer of Team One Newport's, please be advised that due to the potential for fraudulent activity, we are only able to ship your first order to your credit card billing address. Once we establish a customer relationship with you, shipping to an address other than your credit card billing address will be an option. If you are a new customer and shipping to another address is your only option, please call our customer service department at 1.401.847.2368 for instructions.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Our shipping rates online are calculated and quoted for U.S. shipping addresses. International shipping rates online are estimated. If the shipping exceeds what you have been quoted online, you will be contacted. Please call or e-mail us for quotes and information regarding international postage handling rates. OVERNIGHT ORDERS
Web site orders placed before 11:00am Mon-Fri will ship that day for in stock items. If you would like to place an Overnight order after 11:00am, please call to guarantee it will be processed the same day. Please note that actual expedited shipping may vary slightly from the price listed online. For significant differences, you may be contacted to confirm additional charges.

SHIPPING METHODS
We regularly ship using the United Parcel Service and United States Postal Service. Please select your preferred shipping method at check-out based on your delivery address. Please note: PUR has no charge because it is for our customers who want to pick up their order at our retail store.

ADDRESS FORMAT
Shipping addresses for online orders are processed as entered by the customer, and the customer is responsible for the format of that address. Any address correction charges associated with an incorrect address will be forwarded on to the customer.

GIFT CARDS
Team One Newport gift cards are not available for use through our website. If you would like to use your Team One Newport gift card on your order, please call or e-mail us with your order details.

WE LIKE TO RECYCLE
The world is facing a growing problem with the disposal of trash, and we have all been encouraged to recycle. We feel very strongly about recycling so our Shipping Department re-uses boxes and shipping bags. We hope this does not jeopardize our image as a professional, clean, and efficient mail order company, and we encourage you to pitch in as well!
