Supply Issues:

Due to the ongoing effects from the Covid-19 pandemic, global supply chains and shipping/delivery providers have been severely impacted.

Stock of certain items is limited, and it is unknown at this time if or when they will be replenished. Items marked as “Back Order” cannot be guaranteed to be available in time for the holiday gift giving season. Items marked as “In Stock” can also become unavailable at any time due to the high demand and limited stock. Items marked “Made to Order” require additional processing and may (or may not) be available at the time of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery Slow Downs:

UPS, FedEx, and the USPS have all stated that they anticipate a very strained shipping and delivery process, similar or worse than they experienced in 2020. They have recommended that customers expect a much longer delivery time frame than usual.
With this said, Team One Newport recommends that all orders be placed as early as possible to ensure delivery before the items are absolutely needed.

Holiday Shipping & Delivery Recomendations: 

Team One Newport cannot guarantee delivery by the holiday season for any order with Standard Shipping placed after November 15, 2022.
Team One Newport cannot guarantee delivery by the holiday season for any order with Expedited Shipping placed after December 1, 2022.
Custom orders, Club Store orders, and any item requiring embroidery or sublimation must be placed by November 15, 2022. There is a minimum of a two-week turnaround for customization so please take that into account before ordering as it can affect the shipping deadlines above.

These are all recommendations. Team One Newport will do its' best to get your orders out in a timely fashion, no matter when the order is placed. That said, Team One Newport cannot be held liable if your order should arrive late. Thank you for your understanding.
