At Team One Newport we carefully select our manufacturers for quality, service and price. If you experience a problem with your gear beyond normal wear and tear, contact us and we will work towards a solution per the manufacturer's warranty policy. Call our Warranty Department with any questions or concerns, and instructions for sending garments back (see contact info below). Be prepared that the whole process can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks.
All gear that is either sent in to the Team One Newport warehouse, or dropped off at the retail store, must be freshly laundered per manufacturer's care instructions. We will NOT accept any gear that is not clean.
