Sailing Angles Shin Guards are made of a 5-6 mm neoprene front pad and a shaped, breathable 8-10 oz Lycra back side. They measure 17 " long and cover legs from aprroximately the knee to the ankle. They can be pulled up to give more knee protection. Developed for the Beijing Olympic Sailors who needed to be cool, protected from UV and bruising, while maintaining flexibility.
