Shipping and Handling:
Our standard shipping is by ground. If we are temporarily out of stock we will make every attempt to contact you via phone or e-mail.
Rush Delivery:
Rush delivery is available at an additional charge. We can ship overnight, 2-day or 3-day express. For online orders call for a quote as pricing is not automatically calculated on our web site due to the varying weights of our products.

Exchange and Returns:
Ship back returns to Team One Newport, 1005 Aquidneck Ave., Middletown, RI 02842 Attn: Returns dept. Include a copy of your invoice, a daytime phone number and a note clearly stating the action to be taken and what is wrong with the product. All credit card returns will be credited back to the original credit (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) used for the order.

When visiting from CT:
Take I95N into Rhode Island and take exit 3A (rte 138 East) past the University of Rhode Island and follow 138 across both bridges (Newport Bridge has a $2 toll going each way). Take the first exit off of the second bridge (to Newport). Go to the second light and take a right onto America's Cup Ave. Go through 4 lights and at the 5th bear right onto Thames St. with the Red Parrot on the left. When you see Cafe Zelda's on the left take your second right into the Wellington Parking lot. There's plenty of parking in the back. We are in the Octagon Building.
When visiting from MA:
Take RTE. 24 South to Fall River. You will briefly merge with Interstate 195 West. Take the first exit back onto rte. 24(Tiverton). Follow RTE. 24 until the Middletown/Beaches exit (RTE. 138 - Turnpike Ave.). Follow RTE. 138 until the 138A intersection (aka. Aquidneck Ave.). Follow 138A through to the 2nd set of lights and take a left. Follow road into Newport until your 4th light at the bottom of a hill. Red Parrot will be on the left. Take that left (Thames street) and follow until you see Cafe Zelda's on the left take your second right into the Wellington Parking lot. There's plenty of parking in the back. We are in the Octagon Building.
